Technology alone rarely fixes operational problems

CRM issues typically begin before implementation starts. The platform may be capable, but workflows, data ownership, and adoption were never properly defined.

The focus is maintainable operational systems, not software for its own sake.

  • Duplicated or inconsistent data
  • Disconnected systems and manual workarounds
  • Poor reporting visibility
  • Low user adoption
  • Expensive rework

Where Neolinx Helps

  • CRM selection and implementation

Structured delivery without unnecessary complexity

01

Discovery & Operational Review

Current systems, workflows, reporting requirements, and operational challenges are assessed before any changes are made. This prevents assumptions that lead to rework.

02

Architecture & Planning

Workflows, integrations, data ownership, and reporting structures are mapped before implementation begins. Early planning reduces future rework and improves maintainability.

03

Delivery & Ongoing Support

Implementation, migration, automation, and rollout with a focus on usability and continuity. Handover is structured so teams can maintain what has been built.

CRM Engagement Lifecycle

Stage 01 applies to every engagement. Stages 02 to 05 are scoped based on requirements.

What to expect before, during, and after an engagement

How engagements start

Every engagement begins with a scoped operational review. This is a structured conversation covering your current systems, workflows, and challenges. No commitment required at that stage.

Advisory and implementation

Neolinx provides both advisory and direct implementation. Scope is defined at the outset. This includes CRM configuration, data migration, workflow automation, integration management, and vendor coordination.

Remote and on-site delivery

Engagements are delivered remotely or on-site across Australia depending on project requirements. Most advisory and implementation work is conducted remotely with structured check-ins.

Engagement models

Two models are available: ongoing monthly advisory and support, or defined fixed-scope project delivery. Minimum engagement is a scoped operational review. Ongoing advisory typically runs monthly with a defined scope.

"Before Neolinx we had no clear picture of which CRM would suit our business. The team helped us understand what we actually needed rather than what a vendor was trying to sell us."
